Odessey International was setup due to the systematic racism of construction companies and recruitment agencies in the UK and UAE/Middle East. I started my working career with Heron Services Stations at a very young age (with Gerald Ronson as CEO) and J Sainsburys both family orientated Jewish owned companies.
There is only so much an organisation can do for you before you have to embark on a professional career of your own. I have fond memories of both organisations. The key to driving these companies was hard work. Both organizations instilled a hard work ethic, with the emphasis of collaborating and working with others regardless of ethnicity to achieve targets and goals. Times have changed, unfortunately racism and antisemitism is a major problem in the construction sector, with certain races and religions completely unwilling to work with others. As you can see this was not the way I started my career. If you are racist/antisemitic you have no business working in the construction industry, it does not matter what ethnic/religious background you are from: black (in the main West Indian, Nigerian(Ibo/Yoruba), those from Ghana and Serra Leon) , white, Muslim, Asian (Hindu/Sikh), Oriental. The driving force for this company is to stamp this problem out for good. Not all stated minority groups who work in the UK are racist. But it is very difficult to find the ones who are not, it is that bad in the UK.
As a student at Greenwich University studying my HND and degree in Construction Management and Design I found the campus to be highly segregated between the whites and other ethnic minorities: Greeks, Blacks, Asians, Muslims, Turks etc .The white students did not want to work with us at all, they were that racist. This was very shocking, since almost all my friends I grew up with were white.
During the final year of my degree, I was confronted with a major problem. A number of students from a range of ethnic back grounds did not want me to complete my degree. They were offended about the possibility of me finishing my final year and wanted to stop it straight away. They had a mini riot and tried to force me out of the university. The reason for this, I was not of the same ethnic back ground as them. All were offended at the possibility of me being a construction professional. They included West Indians, Asians (Sikhs/Hindus), Muslims, British Nigerian Ibo/Yoruba, Ghanaian’s, those Serra Leon and Greeks (some students were carrying fire arms), they were high on drugs. Two of these students are now Directors of Construction companies, Vasos Vasiliou – Managing Director, GV Construction and Panos Panayioutu – Construction Director, Coinford Construction. Drugs is a major problem in the construction industry, companies seem to be securing large scale contracts via the trafficking of drugs namely cocaine. Panos and Vasos are in fact racist Greek drug dealers. Unfortunately they tried to pursue me and organise a riot at South Bank University when I was studying my Masters degree. I had to ignore all of it. How they new I was a student there, I have know idea. They did not want me to pursue a career in construction without taking their drugs and being a drug addict. I cannot do this, I am coloured. The problem is so bad, they will not let me work in the construction industry at all.

The list goes on and on. British and UAE construction/Civil Engineering companies are no good. 75% of construction companies refuse to work with black people, trying to find the 25% that will, is a major undertaking . As a black person working within the industry, there is no job security at all, you will not get a pension. I have found you will not have a long term career with a construction company, construction companies will not allow it. You will find construction companies are just scamming coloured people. Whites and many Asians will simply refuse to work with other blacks. As for Architecture, 70% of white/Asian Architects simply refuse to work with blacks, 70% of white/Asian quantity surveyors will not work with blacks. There is also the issue of black on black racism within the industry for example West Indian construction professionals do not like African professionals. The West Indians will cause absolute mischief if the two ethnic backgrounds work together. They will instigate wrongful dismissal in my experience they will encourage line managers arrest me because my name is African.
I am a Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, I can safely say I will not be welcome in Dubai/UAE. It is a racist region. I applied for work in Dubai for a total of 40 years when there was nothing but sand, in return I received death threats from construction companies there. I can assure you I will be slapped around spat at and put in prison for a very long time if I worked as a Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor in the UAE. Dubai based construction companies simply find my ability offensive, in their view I should be able to do nothing at all, because I am coloured. However Dubai does have issues, with the use of cloud seeding this is now making the UAE a very unstable area of the world to live and work in.
It is very clear that it will be impossible to work in a very unstable environment where the process of cloud seeding has determined climate change in the region. Climate change is a very touchy subject for some organisations around the globe. When I completed my thesis no one understood the urgency of addressing the problem. I was ridiculed, at times, I did receive threats writing about this issue. Racism was a major factor writing about the realistic prospects which can affect our wellbeing on earth. I should not have the ability to write about such a radical subject (at the time) because I am coloured. These threats came mainly from senior employees from: oil (in Nigeria, UAE and the Middle East), nuclear (in England), gas and electrical companies. Organisations from these sectors, did not want to hear or read about the benefits of energy conservation measures in/on buildings, they would loose revenue because of this technology especially the use of photovoltaics/solar energy. At the time they simply wanted to promote their industry. In my view using nuclear energy as a clean energy source is nonsense, the potential disastrous affects of nuclear energy globally could wipe out the earth all together. A military strike on a nuclear plant would be catastrophic to the immediate area for thousands of years. The area would be completely inhabitable. Just imagine a military strike on a nuclear site world wide. This would be the end of our planet. There is something wrong with these nuclear scientists promoting the benefits of nuclear energy. They are clearly corrupt.
People are now starting to realise that climate change is a real problem, if we are not careful we could loose our planet all together because of it. Unfortunately I had found that organisations such as CND and Greenpeace were also racist. I have no choice but to do things alone. The CND and Greenpeace movements will in fact devalue my efforts simply because I am black.
There is also the issue of corruption within the construction sector. Many of these construction schemes are being financed by some very unsavoury characters/ companies. You are therefore putting your life at risk by working for them perhaps more importantly working in the UAE in general.
In my experience in England, the most a black Project Manager or quantity surveyor can make as a yearly salary from a construction company is between £2000.00 and £6000.00 per year, (yes between two thousand and six thousand pounds a year) in reality a Construction Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor should command a minimum salary of around £50,000.00 to £62,000.00 per annum, press link to review salary details . How can any company justify such a small salary, the idea is that you can’t possibly survive on this income and a typical request from a construction company line manager is that you make the salary up by some under handed means . If you get to cocky and earn £7000.00 per year, I assure you will have your family terrorised by your work buddies, the Director of the organisation will pull a gun on you daily, he will make demands that you leave the organisation and your house will burnt down to the ground because you can’t fit into the organisational team. Now try a typical Irish company, they are so racist, I assure you will make no more than £300.00 per year, yes three hundred pounds per year. You will be shocked at how little they will pay their black employees, a typical Irish Director will explain he is a ‘nigger’ hence the salary. The Irish companies hate black people in almost all cases they will refuse to work with or employ black construction professionals. They do not like us earning money at all.
I cannot understand the logic of construction companies. At times I undertake quantity surveying duties. A typical construction company will demand I secure a multimillion or billion pound contract in return I will receive £2000.00 (two thousand pounds) per year as salary, a pat on the back but they will also refuse to give me a reference for me to be gainfully employed in another company when I finished working for them, because I am coloured. I certainly will not secure multimillion pound contracts for a company in return for a salary of £2000.00.
It is now the 12/07/2040 ,the Labour Party has secured power in the UK. The party must now address the extensive drug trafficking within organisations. One of the main culprits is the construction and civil engineering. Construction companies are using the proceeds from drug trafficking to finance projects which are making huge losses. You can check, construction companies make huge financial losses and are forever in debt. Do not invest in construction and civil engineering companies I assure you will loose every penny you have earned. We are now having major problem where so called qualified construction professionals I include: Architects and Quantity surveyors are in fact drug dealers. They started this problem as University students/undergraduates. A typical example Architectural students from say Greenwich University use cocaine to visualise their schemes, this is odd behaviour I know. But these students actually do this and they have continued their drug problem as gainfully employed construction professionals, they will not work without it. The result we have a massive drug problem in the industry. Employees are now taking cocaine just to stay gainfully employed. In reality they will not have a salary and the company they are working for will refuse to pay them because they have snorted their salary. When the employee is let go he is left with a drug and a serious mental health problem, he/she will be in serious debt because of it. Construction and Civil Engineering companies in the UK and maybe abroad are doing scams, they are in fact drug dealers. They are not at all legitimate, you cant work for them, after 2 to 3 months into your employment your company will simply stop paying you and demand you take and traffic cocaine to be gainfully employed. The British Police are so corrupt , they overlook all this drug trafficking that goes on by construction companies. It seems to be government policy for the Police service in England is to do this. The last Labour government with Tony Blair as Prime Minister was the main culprit. Tony Blair is a Lawyer he will indeed thrive and profit from the concoctions and mayhem caused by drug dealers.
I can only advise, if van loads of cocaine is delivered to your building site for you to traffick to other businesses in the area to finance your construction project. You should demand it is sent to number 10 Downing Street or Tony Blairs residence. It is a scam by the Police and the Labour government so that employers finance their company which is underperforming. In reality if you as an employer traffick cocaine, you will almost certainly end up bankrupt or in prison, with a drug problem.
You will see some funny stuff in some of these construction companies. Seemingly knowledgeable, level headed construction professionals in some instance dress up as women. You won’t believe it until you see it. The reason for this, they want to get in touch with their feminine side. Some of these men are line mangers, they simply will not keep you on or work with you if you do not do the same thing or sympathise with them . I certainly believe drugs in the industry is making them behave in this way. They are drug addicts, who are also racist.
Why is this level of race hate occurring? In the UK there is high number of well educated ethnic minority graduate construction professionals. Unfortunately you will find they are inciting or encouraging racism in the industry. Here are some examples again: The British West Indians in the main, in my experience do not like the British Africans they will encourage that their British African colleagues are arrested or shot by the Police. The Africans say the Ghanaians do not like Nigerians, they will encourage the same process. The Nigerians are extremely tribalistic, the British Nigerian Ibo or Yoruba tribal people for instance will encourage the same process for those of the smaller tribes say the British Itsekiri or Urhobo tribal people, there are smaller African/Nigerian tribes who will undoubtedly experience the same problem. The Asians do not like coloureds in the industry they will again encourage the same process of arresting or shooting a black/African construction professional. The white Muslims will not work with coloureds in the industry. Generally the white Muslims and Asians find working with coloureds offensive. They consider the coloured to be totally inferior. I have only got experience of the construction and civil engineering sector and cannot possible comment on the racial problems in any other industry. The resultant of all is that we have white supremacists controlling the industry, they will have no desire to understand the intricacies of ethnic minority racism in the industry.
I tried to address this problem in the past with the then Chairman for the Commission for Racial Equality , Trevor Phillips and his colleagues. I found all to be obstructive, deliberately bureaucratic more importantly complete racists, they were all black. No one would help me with this problem at all. Nothing has changed with the staff from the Equality and Human Rights Commission . I have nearly been put in prison for being construction professional. A lot of people in the construction industry in the UK find the possibility of me working as a construction professional highly offensive. Black, Asian, Muslim or White it makes no difference. Would you believe Trevor Philips will advise that I become a Muslim if you do this, he will then concoct ways to have you put in prison for a very long time. He finds this funny he is a black radical Muslim racist. He cannot be trusted at all. He also believes I can’t read and write, he will encourage this belief with anyone who will listen.

With the level of experience I have working in the industry: once I have won a number of contracts, I can make 1000 times more money working for myself, create jobs, create employment stability for my employees (you must bare in mind, it will be a small team), I can establish the basis of achieving my main goals. I just cannot work with any company in the construction industry , it is far to dangerous hence the reason for setting up Odessey International Ltd.
Would you believe, some employees will go as far as to poison people simply out of race hate and jealousy. Whites and many Asians and some coloureds within the industry do not want to see other black construction professionals progress their careers. It is very unfortunate and highly confusing when you come across black and Asians in the industry who will encourage this way of doing things. Construction company employees will kill people. A good example of this is MPS Housing in Bromley (part of the Mears Group), unfortunately I was poisoned nearly suffered a stroke. As stated previously, blacks and Asians will encourage the process of killing people, simply out of jealousy. The number of times an employee or director from a construction company has pulled a gun on me because they are aggrieved about the prospect of working with a black person throughout my career is countless. All encouraged by ethnic minorities: blacks, Asians, Muslims. It took me a long time to come to terms with the issue I have with construction companies and Architectural practices . 70% are very corrupt and racist filled with a number of people of dubious character, terrorists groups owning construction companies who are not willing to work with out siders, scamsters/ fraudsters who think they can make a huge some of money from large contracts.
In certain parts of America, Directors from a typical construction company will encourage that I am arrested and given the death penalty. In Saudi Arabia you will be arrested/detained. I assure you, you will have your head cut off, black people cannot work as a construction professional in certain parts of America and the Middle East many people in these countries find the possibility of working with a black construction professional highly offensive, in fact some black and Asian people will encourage my incarceration in these countries.
You will find that in many cases the recruitment agency who sent you to these construction companies in any of these countries including the UK will organize problems for you with the construction company. Your life will be absolute chaos I nightmare, whilst working in the construction industry. You cannot under any circumstances trust a recruitment agency, they are dangerous. Pleas be advised if you do venture to the Middle East, UAE certain parts of America or even Africa you are putting yourself at risk of being arrested or even killed. Do not trust any person or recruit agency who advises you to go to these countries to work as a construction professional you are putting yourself in danger. In many instances you will be homeless in these countries. Just do not trust a construction company.
Please be advised a Project Manager/ Quantity Surveyor in construction is a dangerous occupation for a black person in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and certain parts of the United States . Construction is a scam by developers, construction companies, Architectural firms and consultancies even teachers, lecturers and assessors earn a poultry salary, you cannot possibly live on it or raise a family with it . Pursuing a career in academia in the construction sector is a scam . Now try New Zealand and Australia, you will move out there only to lose your job within 2 months, the Directors out there will sack you for breathing, they are that racist. Now try and communicate these issues with your local MP (Member of Parliament ) here is are two examples Joan Ruddock MP and Jim Dowd MP, they will not understand your English or your issues, they will try to explain that you cannot read and write therefore cannot understand your letters. In fact they will have you arrested and put in prison or worse you will end up dead, they will request the assistance of the Police Service to do this. You cannot, under any circumstances trust a politician. Any issue you have will become unresolvable and you may end up dead trying to address them with assistance with their ethnic minority constituents. Not every ethnic minority is racist, but it seems the Labour party is full of ethnic minority radicals, who think nothing of putting innocent people in prison because of a simple complaint. Joan Ruddock and Jim Dowd are both radical racists, how they got elected to be members of parliament, I have no idea.



Cherie and Tony Blair
Tony Blair (former Prime Minister) and his wife (Cherie Blair) were heavily involved in property development. I made the mistake of working for one of their contractors, procuring trade contractors for their property in Central London. The Blairs do not like black people being in management positions. They find it offensive and will advise that they are arrested (you will find they are Nazi’s). They actually did this to me. They are lawyers/judges, unfortunately you will find many lawyers I include Cherie and Tony Blair will try to profit from their concoctions of wrongful arrest. They will put you in prison. Cherie Blair is a Magistrates judge she hates black people the thought of a black person being a Director for construction company is highly disrespectful moreover offensive. I have been in a court hearing where Cherie Blair was the judge. My offense was to send my CV to a recruitment consultant repeatedly. The woman was not a qualified recruitment consultant at all, she was scamster posing as a recruitment consultant, I did not know this at the time. She took offense to seeing my CV because I was a black construction professional with an African name. The most obvious offence was the possibility that I would have a long term career with a salary, she did not like that possibility at all. She took to screaming and crying in court. I showed Cherie Blair my qualifications, they were in order. She would not accept them. The recruitment consultant’s West Indian colleagues encouraged this woman to behave in this way and have me arrested. I was given one years probation for sending my CV. I was nearly put in prison for it. Can I make you aware, her lawyers were West Indian and encouraged the possibility of putting me in prison for 4 years for sending my CV/making an application. Blacks encourage Toni and Cheri Blair’s racism, one of which was Eamonn Walker( a well known actor) and friends with the Blair’s. He was present at the court hearing and was encouraging Cheri Blair to put me prison for sending my CV to a recruitment consultant. You will find he is a black racist, who hates African’s, you also find he is a drug addict, I am not. Can I remind you again, I am British. My parents are African. Can you believe the prosecution (lawyers helping the recruitment consultant), tried to insist that I was responsible for all the drug trafficking in the construction industry. Fortunately, I do not have a drug history, I do not even drink. They couldn’t do it. Black, Asian and Muslim radical racists are helping the Blairs more significantly the Labour Party.

Eamonn Walker
I can’t trust British West Indians, they are simply to racist. The Construction Recruitment Agency name is Anders Elite and the Recruitment Consultant from this agency was Angela Johnson. Can I make you aware a racist West Indian will kill you in the same way as any Nazi. This is also true of tribalist Africans.

Jennifer Stoute ex British athlete and Gladiator (Rebel) from the series Gladiators
I sent my transcript/statement regarding the issue I had with the recruitment agency. I included various people within the document. One of which was Jennifer Stoute. Jennifer Stoute was present at the same court hearing with her friends. How she got to know I was going to court I have know idea. I can only presume my lawyers contacted her and her friends. My lawyers were West Indian, Nigerian Ibo and Yoruba females they were tribalists, they had no intension of winning this simple court case on my behalf. Jennifer went to the hearing in the hope I would be put in prison for a very long time for sending my CV via email to a recruitment consultant, she is a West Indian racist. Can I make you aware, Jennifer will stand there with one A level in Art and try to convince everyone she is an expert in every topic imaginable, from finance to property investment, civil engineering and general construction. The reason she believes this, she is an ex international athlete for Great Britain. She is in fact a drug dealer being helped by Police Officers. She will not allow me to work, train or compete in body building competitions at all (or any other sport for that matter). If she sees me doing this she will try her best to stop it straight away. She will complain to anyone who will listen. She also believes I cannot read or write, if she sees me doing this, she will complain. Jennifer Stoutes expertise is in PEDS (performance enhancing drugs) I had to present my case to the High Court just to be allowed to apply for Construction and Civil Engineering jobs in the UK, I am qualified to do. Fortunately, in this instance I won the case and was aloud to apply for work via the internet.
Daley Thompson was present at the High Court Hearing at the Old Bailey. He was making gestures to the judge not to allow me to apply for work over the internet. Therefore my applications would be deemed illegal, I would be immediately arrested for applying for employment, if I did this. I have know idea how he knew I was going to the high court. I can only suppose my lawyers contacted him. Can I make you aware again, they were West Indian, British Nigerian Ibo and Yoruba lawyers. My subculture is Nigerian Itsekeri and Urhobo. The Ibo’s, Yoruba and West Indians appear to be collusive. In the instance of Ibo and Yoruba they will only help those from their tribe and degrade and outcast those that are not. Daley Thompson is a tribalist he is Yoruba, therefore he will try to cause me harm, because I am not from the same tribe.

Daley Thompson – British former Decathlete.
Mr Thompson believes he is an expert in every subject or profession known. The reason for this way of thinking, he was a GB track and field sensation/decathlete. He has no formal qualifications or training in say general construction or Civil Engineering. But he will demand that he has superior knowledge over those who have. If he sees a black person in a management position, he will know that person is an easy target. He will demand the person is immediately dismissed from his post and he will take over his job because he is Daley Thompson. At first sight, it would appear that the employer is racist by dismissing you so quickly because you are black. However, the employers decision is encouraged by blacks in many instances have no business being in your work place or approaching your employer to have you dismissed. They are simply not qualified to be there approach any one. You will find Daley Thompson is also a drug dealer, in this instance within construction companies where there is a major problem. Daley Thompson is able to do this and will continue to do this because he is a well known athlete in the United Kingdom. These athletes and basketball players are causing a lot of problems for me demanding I am dismissed from my job moreover their drug dealing which I do not want to be a part of.
I have a major problem with the UK Metropolitan Police Service. They are extremely racist moreover corrupt and will arrest me for being a Construction professional. I assure you the British Police will have me killed for it. They find the possibility of me being construction professional extremely offensive, they do not like black people at all. In the past they have used drug dealers known to them to have me arrested. A typical drug dealer will tell them I do not have the ability to read and write. I do not have any qualifications they find the possibility of me working at all offensive. I should spend time making money and buying drugs from them. I can give examples from the racist athletes and basketball players depicted below. These athletes will not even allow me train in local gym. If they see me doing this, they will demand I am removed or arrested. If they see me working, they will try to find my work place details and demand I am removed from the work place or arrested.
I have tried to approach the IPCC (Independent Police Complaints Commission) regarding the Police service and their drug dealers. They refuse to help me at all.
If you are put in prison in any of these countries for being a construction professional please be advised the British Embassy/ Consulate/ Government will not help you. They will leave you to rot and die in prison. They have no sympathy for black British people in that situation and will certainly brush the problem under the carpet. Britain is a racist country, the only thing that entitles you to be British is your passport. You have no human rights in England as a black person especially if you are a British African from the smaller tribes. I assure you ethnic minorities in England will encourage this problem.
I certainly believe there is some correlation between sports/health and fitness, academia and a thriving professional career. Finding ways to lead a health conscious life style is just as important as having a professional career. I was heavily involved in sports in my teens and mid to late 30’s. Unfortunately I did make some enemies in my sporting career. I did not know what the problem was at the time, I do now. You will find some blacks in sports are extremely racist, some work with corrupt Police officers (especially in: basketball, track and field athletics) in many instances blacks encourage Police officers to have other blacks arrested and killed out of jealousy and race hate, because they do not want to see you train or be successful in sports, they are also drug dealers they also use PEDS (performance enhancing drugs, the use is encouraged by the coaches especially in track and field athletics) . Below are some notable examples. The racism in basketball also track and field athletics is terrible. There are a number of black athletes who will cause immeasurable damage to your sporting career to the point where you cannot compete any more. In fact they will not even let you work, even though you have the qualifications and experience to do just that. Unfortunately I have found the West Indians hate Africans in sport especially basketball. The Africans are tribalistic for example the British Nigerian Ibo or Yoruba’s will refuse to play with British Nigerians from smaller tribes. The Ghanaians do not like Nigerians. It is not as simple as white on black racism. The blacks are encouraging racism in sports causing chaos and using drugs mainly cocaine to be part of the team. My basketball career is over, I have continued with bodybuilding and athletics. I would not advise having children in the UK especially if they wish to participate in professional sports. They are dicing with death. The blacks in sports are far to dangerous in the UK, likened to Nazis. A lot of these black sports man are just doing scams to secure sporting contracts. They are prepared to kill people to secure a lucrative contracts or sponsorship.

Clarence Callender also has a sister by the name of Deon Callendar, she is a very dangerous racist West Indian woman trafficking a lot of cocaine within construction companies. I had the misfortune of working with this lady during my employment with Geoffrey Osbourne construction this was on the Kender Estate project in New Cross. It seems her remit within companies is not to work but to traffick huge amounts of cocaine within companies. She is working with some Officers from the British Metropolitan Police Service to do this. I did not get on with Clarence Callender at all. He advocates the use and will indeed and administer performance enhancing drugs on athletes. Privately, he will promote the benefits of using PEDS. I do not use PEDS at all they are completely dangerous, athletes will have major side affects when they use them. Mr Callender does not explain this to the athlete when administering drugs.

Shani Anderson is a respected (within athletics circles) for her ability to combine drug trafficking with track and field athletics not as athlete alone. She is a drug addict, she takes a lot of cocaine.

Jade Johnson is a bi racial woman who is partly West Indian. Unfortunately she is an extremely racist woman likened only to a Nazi. She does not like Africans at all. She has a drug problem this does include PED’s (performance enhancing drugs). She does not like me working, competing even training. If she sees me doing any of this she will demand I am stopped immediately . She finds it offensive , I am completely disrespecin her by doing any of these things. I cannot even read and write in front of her, her drug problem is so bad, she believes I cannot read or write and she does not want to see me do this. She finds it offensive. We are major enemies. She is currently patron of Hern Hill Harriers Athletics club (I was a member of the same club and trained with her at times) I assure you, her remit is to proactively supervise the distribution of cocaine to athletes within the club and other athletics clubs more importantly elsewhere outside the confines of track and field athletics. Yes, Hern Hill Harriers Athletics Club has drug problem amongst the athletes and coaching staff. She believes she can do this (she has the right to do this) because she was an international athlete representing Great Britain.

You will find Linford Christie is in fact a racist. I have had first hand experience of his behaviour. After a very hard winter training I tried to compete in an indoor athletics meeting . The Police were called by Linford Christie and Clarence Calendar to stop me from doing this, he and Clarence did not want me to compete at all under any circumstances, in their view I am considered inferior because my name is African “I am disrespecing them in a very big way” by training and competing I should not do this in front of them they find this highly offensive . You will agree the combination of behaviours by all athletes stated above will confirm my experience with them. All are in fact black racists, I will go so far as to say they will not allow me to compete or train unless I am taking PED’s (performance enhancing drugs) or recreational drugs – cocaine. In the main I am self taught, my training regime will be different from the athletes/ coaches stated. Athletics should be enjoyed by everyone, their racist behaviour is a major problem they are encouraging the younger generation of athletes to be the same, to be absolute bigots on drugs.
As stated previously, if they see me gainfully employed within a company they will actively try to stop it immediately. They do not like it and will not accept me doing this. If you were to speak to Linford Christie he believes he is an expert in every field imaginable. He will have no qualifications or experience in the field but he believes he is an expert because was previously an international track and field athlete. He is a scamster black racist. You really have to be careful with track and field athletics. You will find as much as 70% of track field athletes are in fact Nazi’s. It is does not matter if they are black, white or Asian the racism in the sport is extremely severe. You will not enjoy participating in it.

I have no idea what Sharon Davies problem is, but she will stab you for the temerity of swimming in front of her. She finds it extremely offensive. She nearly stabbed me for absolutely no reason what so ever. I did not even speak to her. Now just go to work at the BBC in front of her, she will completely loose it. According to her, I am not allowed to do that in front of her. Is this woman on drugs?
You will feel this has nothing to do construction and civil engineering, but these athletes will use their position to ensure that you are never employed, many West Indian athletes/basketball players hate Africans in the case of John Amechi he is a tribalist he is Ibo, Ade Orelaja and Vincent Macaulay are Yoruba they are also tribalists again this is a form of racism amongst Africans, there are many Africans and West Indians in sports just like them. They will encourage my arrest and more importantly a custodial sentence for being a productive construction professional. They will not allow me to work or train at all, they find this offensive. You really have to be careful with some coloureds. They will try to convince you that I cannot read and write and some will go so far as trying to kill you. The Metropolitan Police service will do nothing, but encourage the problem. The British Police service hate blacks. The British basketball players are very collusive and dangerous. They nearly killed me.
In contrast, I was fortunate enough to train with some now very famous people. They weren’t at the time of meeting them at Slim Gym based in Greenwich South East London in the late 80’s early 90’s or I wasn’t aware they were famous. Not a racist bone in their body, can you believe it. At the time I was an aspiring actor all in the gym were also aspiring actors heavily involved in sport. We all had the same priorities, to be success at everything we did whether it be sports or acting. Unfortunately I had a problem, financing my sporting aspirations and financing my goals as an actor. Being an actor costs money being able to finance the small things such as travel fare for auditions was a major problem. After four years of trying to get parts in films I spoke with Dolph Lungren and he advised that I should further my education and may be go to university. At the time the government was paying students to further their education in the form of grants. I chose to be an Engineer and study Civil Engineering.

All the above are famous, household names now. I was very happy and most of all lucky to meet these very intelligent open minded people. Slim Gym was a fantastic place for meeting new, energetic people with a vibrant mind set to be a high achiever. It became an extremely famous place in the 90’s with virtually every famous name in the entertainment industry going there.
Before going to university, I attended Woolwich college. My luck continued associating myself with some very inspiring young people, from the PE staff to the teachers and students. One of which was Hope Powell, previous manager of England soccer team. I can see why she was given the role. A very articulate, hard working and gifted sports person, with a balanced mind set. I spoke to her daily and was very impressed by her maturity at a very young age, we were around 18 or 19 at the time.

If I didn’t attend Slim Gyms in Greenwich to train, I assure you I would not have attended university. I made so many applications for a university place to study , I was at a complete loss, no university would accept my applications. I made hundreds of applications. I had very good A level grades but no university would accept me. I was completely heart broken. I spoke to David Niven about the issues I was having. He in turn introduced me to Elizabeth Taylor and her ex husband Richard Burton both kindly decided to help me. They both attended the open day at the Greenwich University campus which was based at Oakfield Lane, Dartford, Kent and demanded the lecturers review my student application for the Civil Engineering course I had applied for. Due to the persistent demands of both, the lecturers reluctantly gave me a place at the university to study a HND in Civil Engineering course. This was until I was happy and confident to make the transition to the degree in the same subject. I cannot thank Richard and Elizabeth enough. You have no idea how lucky I was to meet these wonderful beautiful people. Yes, Slim Gyms was a very special place for me.

I made a number of construction professional applications to Dubai/UAE as an undergraduate in the mid 80’s when the country was still building its infrastructure, there was nothing there but sand. All I received from construction companies was death threats. I had the shock of my life. Construction companies in Dubai/ UAE hate black people. Employees within construction organisations simply refuse to work with blacks. As for the British Police service, they are so racist and corrupt they will arrest blacks at the behest of a white and black supremacist. They will encourage blacks not to work as a construction professional or risk being arrested for it. It is a dangerous undertaking in the UK for unsuspecting blacks.

They are unbelievably racist. Can I add, this racism is encouraged by ethnic minorities I include Asians working within these organisations. Also, it seems recruitment consultants are using their position and ability to access companies to traffic drugs. If you do not like it and not prepared to go to prison for a very long time, these recruitment consultants will not accept you. They will not give you a job.
You will find that the staff within the stated companies are white supremacists i.e. Nazis. They will not accept black construction professionals at all, I include Irish companies, many almost all Irish staff within construction companies will not accept blacks working within their organisation. They will find your ability offensive and in many cases they will try to have you arrested and put in prison because of it. Just as importantly blacks i.e. West Indians, South Africans (I include whites), Nigerian Ibo and Yoruba, Ghanaians will encourage this problem. In my experience in the UK the British: Arabs/Muslims and Indians will also encourage this problem also, they are just as racist. They will simply laugh at you for trying to be a construction professional. Anything you do within the context of construction, i.e. planning, contracts Management, Design, procurement, Project Management, setting out etc they will simply find offensive and in many cases will try to have you arrested.
I am afraid it is a very dangerous undertaking working with many construction companies they will accept nothing from black people. They just want black people arrested or dead, unfortunately you will find that British ethnic minorities will encourage this problem.
With the level of race hate towards ethnic minorities especially blacks within British construction companies, I am at a complete loss what they are doing in the Middle East/ UAE.
Can you believe construction companies dismiss black employees for completing projects on time and within budget. They would rather recover monies through litigation/arbitration and lose clients. This is how absurd construction companies have become and continue to operate.
I am a Construction Professional, in many instances I have been requested by companies to quote for multimillion pound contracts, win tenders only to receive two to three thousand pounds. The racism by construction companies is very obvious. Hence the reason for starting odessey International Ltd. The Police service, will not help the problem
